How will your OBUT MATCH IT MINIMES petanque boules wear?
- Wear on a petanque boule is difficult to explain and compare. It depends on the model, how often you play and on the type of ground and player.
- The wear on the MATCH IT MINIMES is comparable to that of the "Soft" models. Very hard knocks by heavier and harder boules will make small flat marks on the surface. Scratches will appear if the boules are in contact with pebbly or tarred ground. Rub the surface of the boules regularly to eliminate any bothersome irregularities on the surface.
- When shots are made with adult models (heavier and harder) onto a MATCH IT MINIMES boule, irregularities may appear in the surface. They do not mean the boule is no longer compliant. The malleable metal will be affected by certain uses (e.g. on pebbly ground) and require rubbing with an abrasive cloth.
- This "hammering" of the boule will not alter its hand grip.
- The boule's sphericity is guaranteed.
- Some loss of weight is normal.
- The boule remains pleasant to the touch even when worn.
